Resident Research Symposia give orthopaedic residents at area training programs an opportunity to present research papers and posters to panels of experienced investigators and clinicians. Panels comprising established orthopaedic investigators critique and rank the work, and top presenters are acknowledged. Past participants—residents, panelists, and mentoring attending physicians—have told us these sessions are challenging, rewarding, and fun.
