Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, e-mail address, format preference (HTML vs. text), address, interests and similar information. We do not request or store sensitive information from non-donor visitors, such as credit card or Social Security numbers.

Donor Information
It is the express policy of the Board of Trustees that no confidential information about donors, volunteers, Trustees or others associated with the Foundation shall be sold to any commercial, philanthropic, or other organization or business for the purpose of securing funds for the Foundation. All data concerning the operation of the Foundation shall be deemed to be confidential unless release has been approved by the person or persons affected.

All donations, whether made by credit card, check, or other form of payment containing a donor’s personal information will be handled as private and protected information.
