With the help of physician, private and corporate supporters, OREF has funded more than $140 million in research and educational grants and awards, improving patient outcomes around the world.

2014 Grant Recipients

Join us at the center of orthopaedics
Partner with OREF to advance your strategic objectives through:

  • Productive and ethical relationships with established orthopaedic surgeons, academicians and investigators, as well as the next generation of orthopaedists—medical students, residents and candidates—as they develop skills and treatment perspectives.
  • Access to thought leaders and emerging conversations on critical clinical issues.
  • Stronger relationships with more than 50 partnering orthopaedic organizations.
  • Support of clinically relevant, peer-reviewed research and targeted educational initiatives while complying with best business practices, including AdvaMed Guidelines and PhRMA Code.
OREF is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. OREF educational grants are subjected to strict review by distinguished academics in highly regarded institutions. OREF research applications are held to the highest standards through a mandatory, independent peer-review process, which is modeled on the same stringent parameters that govern National Institutes of Health grants.
