Support AAOS Special Appeals through OREF today.
AAOS members value our Academy as an educational leader, providing relevant, unbiased and specialized education programs in many forms. Your Academy invites you to maintain that tradition of success by contributing to AAOS Special Appeal funds.
AAOS Education Enhancement Fund
Established in December 2010, the AAOS Education Enhancement Fund helps the Academy stay on the cutting edge of orthopaedic education, a key contributor to quality patient care. Gifts support continuing innovation in CME, the development of new tools to help members maintain certification, expanded online CME offerings and more.

AAOS Alan M. Levine, MD Education Fund
The AAOS Alan M. Levine, MD Education Fund was established in 2009 to provide ongoing scholarships for residents to attend the AAOS Course for Orthopaedic Educators, and Orthopaedic Learning Center and other CME courses. By creating these “Levine Scholars,” the Academy will enrich our profession just as Alan did throughout his career as a teacher of residents and colleagues, editor of the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and chair of the AAOS Council on Education.

AAOS-OREF Annual Campaign
Just as lifelong education is essential for maintaining surgical skills and staying current with diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, ongoing research is crucial to the future of our specialty. Your gift to the Annual Campaign supports AAOS and OREF research initiatives that advance the science and practice of orthopaedics and encourage gifted young investigators who deserve our support.
